Has anyone found out information about Khata transfer from BBMP, now that the elections are over with. I would much appreciate if you all have any information.

I heard they are issuing Khatas. One of my friend has got the Khata for his house in Bannerghatta Road.

Dear all,
What will be the procedure for getting BBMP khata for a revenue site that is under BBMP jurisdiction now ? I understand that the below mentioned is the procedure. Please correct me if Iam wrong
1. Wait for Gov announement on Akrama-Sakrama (is this announcement already done ???)
2. Payup the penalty and betterment charges to BBMP for regularisation
3. BBMP will give us the khata (not sure how much bribe they will ask for issuing khata)
Looks simple while writing. Only god knows the difficulties when things get into action.

I don't think you need to wait for the Akrama-Sakrama, if the site is DC Converted.
