1 Attached and 1 Common bathroom,
Utility and a balcony in Master Bedroom and Family Room

Expected rent is 20K; maintainance extra - currently it is 1500/month.

PS - Vegiterians only; Currently the entire apartment is under the aggrement that weekdays 11 AM to 5 PM the water supply will be turned off; Saturday 12 PM to 5 PM water would be off; Sunday their wont be any interruption in water supply.

quick note - the rent went up from 1500 / month to rs. 20000/month or was it a typo. Please fix it - just so you are clear to the prospective tenants.

It is not a typo rent is 20k maintainence is 1500. Hope it is clear now.

The Flat is still available for rent and the water is now blocked only between 1-4 PM.
