How to add a new BESCOM meter in Bangalore?

Hi,

We are having a room on the 2nd Floor and i would like to add another room attached to it and hence wanted to put a separate BESCOM meter to the two rooms. Presently the single room on the 2nd Floor is being attached to the First floor house in Bangalore.
I don't know the process on how add a new BESCOM meter. Any help would be of great use to me.
