Decorative resin panel

I saw these panels used to conceal a light source,in pillars and walls in a boutique.It looked marvelous.Could you suggest any outlet to purchase the same in S.India?

These decorative resin panels are available in brand called lumicor but not all the varieties are available in India.Not sure about current dealers in bangalore
