Is laminated or membrane doors are water proof?

I need to put laminated or membrane doors as outside doors , but not sure whether they are water proof. Can anybody help on whether these can be used as outside water proof doors? . There are different varieties from 150 to 180 Rs per sqft in this range ,so not sure they are reliable....
