Hi guys,

After reading so many comments, i feel iam in the right path, so please let me know my labour contract price is economical, very high or any hints to workout on my proposal and i really appreciate for your valuable reply and thanks.
Proposal for 30 chedra (3000 sqt) 24k
Earth work excavation,
Sump tank,
Concreting work for footing beams, roof slab etc.
Masonry works for walls,
Plastering Inside and Outside,
Parapet wall,
W.P.C.Over roof,
Mesh work,
Flagging concrete,
Compound wall,
Over head tank stage work,
Stone payment on the road for drainage,
Staircase,
R.C.C Roofing,

NOT INCLUDED
Barbending and ornamentation

when you say 24000k (does that mean 24000000 i.e 2.4 crores?) or was it a typo and you mean 2400 per chadra?

24000 per chadra.

Bar bending & Shuttering part Should be included in that .. Ask him to give consolidated price with Both bar bending and shuttering .

Centering and bar bending also should be included.

Generally Centering, bar bending and concrete gang + your list should be 24K. EVen that price is more for solid block. For bricks, then its decent.

Pls let me know your mestri no for me. I am also checking rates.

Please negotiate with your contractor for full labor concrete dont leave any thing like bar bending and shuttering then they will take you for a ride. Bar bending and shuttering calculations are very tuf and most of the time we will be paying more.

@current reate 26k including all is fine. 25k is best deal.
