Owners of Anjanapura layout

Hi,
I am constructing a house in 2nd block anjanapur, Can I avail this facility after my house construction. Since we are planning to stay and need water for domestic purpose only. Or
can we get a water connection for 2nd block, If 'yes' when it will be materialized? Please reply

I just wanted to know whether that tanker facilities are available for all block or only for 9,10,11th block?

Hi,
I recently came to know about this blog. This is my 1st post.
I own a site in 3rd block, and planning to start construction of house this year. Not much development seen in the locality unless the apartments from Mangalya developers coming near this block. Will there be a good development in the coming years?
I came to know (from this blog only) there will be monthly meeting happening from the association and pls let me know the next meeting date and time.

All Lalbahadur shastri nagar Site owners, today i came to know about a fraudster from OM sai Reality, who scare the people who are constructing houses in the Layout.He says that particular site is disputed, though it may be directly allotted by the BDA.He did this with one of my friend few days back.
He thinks people will give him some money out of fear.

Just be aware of this guy.Once i get his complete name and address about this fool ,will publish it on this blog.

Hi Sreedhar and the rest of the Association members,
I am very delighted to see the enthusiasm and proactiveness that you have shown for Anjanapur Further Extension 9, 10 and 11th Block.
I am a potential buyer of a site on Anjanapura 11th Block and after reading through all the 26 pages of replies on this thread, it is solidifying my decision to buy the site.
I would be glad to become a member after the transaction; and support our layout to get not only the basic amenities but also the deserved facilities.

My sister-in-law has almost completed construction of her house in Classic Pleasantville near the high tension wires besides Arya Hamsa and she has great feedback on the water table below.
I also see a nice potential lake (though dried up now) in the 11th Block that is fenced - which would hopefully mean that BDA plans to make it into a lake-park facility in future like Sankey Tank (maybe too high hopes but with the right pressure we can make that happen too). I was not able to figure out the name of that lake though.

I see that you have also created a Yahoo Group "anjanbdathebest" but no one seems to be using it. It would be good to have photos with dates and files in one place for a growing association as reference instead of having them distributed among these pages in this forum.

Anyway, as I cannot be a member yet, I will look forward to meet you after I am officially a site owner of this good BDA layout.

We have come a long way from where we began.
The association is growing, Anjanapura is getting new road, asphalt on the existing roads, maintaining and cleaning is going on. This would have been not possible without the efforts of the association and it's active members in this ! Short span of time.
They say initiation is half work done. We have initiated but need to Plough on.
So lets make the anjanapura best layout to live in. All the best for us.

I am currently in the process of buying a site in Anjanapura BDA 7th block. I stay at Bank Colony pretty close to Anjanapura layout and go cycling during weekends to Anjanapura BDA. One very distressing thing i notice is there is lot of dumping done by miscreants in the main road leading from kanakapura road towards Anjanapura 2nd block. Today when i went there it was even worst, they have dumped a lorry load of waste in the middle of the road itself. I have observed that there is dumping of waste being done in some sites as well. Where can I complain about this, can the association please help me on this.
