Labour Contract

Hi All,
I am planning to construct house in K R Puram.I got a quote for Labour contract work from one of the vendor.
The details of the works are mentioned below. For the below mentioned works he is charging 26k per chedara(10X10).
The list of the works as below.

Earth work excavation
Foundation - 4 counse
Construction of Sump only 7000 Lts. Capacity'
Footingworks
Columns,
Earth refilling
Plinth beam,
Brick wall construction,
Lintel Chajja and Roof Chaiia
Sheet centering Barbinding Moulding Gangmen cooliee,
Mesh work for inside and out side,
Inside and out side full plastering.
Construction of Parapet wall,
Top of the Roof muddy finishing.
Construction of compound wall.
Drainage work, Gate fixing
Normal elevation work, Scaffolding works,
Kitchen slab works,
Compound works, Building front portion concrete works.
Flooring concrete work in Bath room.
If any cement works shall be completed in side and out side the building.

Note:
Other than works comes in the building which is to be paid extra amount

Could you all please comment is the price is OK and is there other works left as part of civil construction.

How the chadaras are calculated.

hi friend
i think the above rate is little high. want to know that whether the contractor is near to the proposed site or far. because if he is nearby the rate could be 23k to 24k. if is far it is 25k and i suggest u to go with well known contractors or visit his on going projects or previous buildings.
