Painting contractor with Strong recommendation

Hi,

I am a builder who is in need of a Painting contractor (LABOUR ONLY) who is very genuine in his workmanship and reasonable in his rates.
Kindly recommend a painting contractor who can take up job for one of my 12 unit apartment complex.
My existing team which was there uptill the last 9 months has gone back to their home town in U.P.
Kindly recommend only if you have gone through the contractor SMOOTHLY and GENUINELY HARD WORKING TEAM.
