Polished concrete looks really nice and is supposed to be very long lasting. What is the cost of this and are there good sources in Bengaluru who do this kind of flooring?

Comparing polished concrete, mid range granite and mid range tiles -
1. Which works out most cost effective?
2. Which one looks the best?
3. Which one is the most durable and easy maintenance?
4. Which one has most choices in terms of colour and finish?
