JP Nagar 9th phase 7th 'A' block

Does any one own a site in JP Nagar 9th phase 7th 'A' block, Please ping me back, need some info.

I have seen a property near BIG drainage in 7th 'A' Block. Can somebody tell me is it for drainage purpose or rain water purpose?
The property is just behind drainage which is North facing site.

Please suggest

That drainage is for rain water purpose. It ends near Anjanapura Lake. But it can become all-purpose when occupancy increases in this layout. Already sanitary water from Royal lake front phase-3 south passes through this drainage.

This helps..Even today I have visited the property and I felt the smell too...Going to be increased I believe. When I am buying at such a high rate why to compromise?
I feel Anjanapura 11blk is better than this

Yes, if you get a site in Anjanapura 11th block or Anjanapura 12th block ,that would be better. Even in 7th A block,sites on next road to drainage are equally good.
