Round Edge of skirting tiles

Hi There,
What is it called in Civil terms for Rounding of the edge of Skirting tiles?
When contractor says skirting cost, does it include, laying and rounding of the edge?
e.g. skirting cost of Rs 50 rft, does it mean that it includes laying and rounding of the skirting tiles. Tiles cost being extra.

skirting round called as -bull nosing (half /full round).
Skirting charged separately in rft / ,negotiate for price.
