Pyaretaj - Why quickr ? There are plenty of other sites(like Sulekha, 99acres.com) where mostly brokers have listed properties for sale. You will not get an accurate picture from looking at these posts.

I would be interested in buying a 40x60 plot in SMV layout, Kengeri. I would not mind the site facing S/W/E/N.
I am looking around Rs3000/sft. Brokers, please excuse.
The plot is for own use. I would not mind paying Rs.100/sft directly to site allottee instead of broker, if all the papers are legitimate.
