I have a site in IVC Rd. Near upcoming Manipal University & the tech park. Its also close to Sobha Lifestyle. Papers are pucca, almost closest & cheapest site under 1500rs. per sq.ft bracket you can get near the airport. Katha, EC, Tax everything is ready & updated. Its a 60x40 East Facing & its a Corner site in a big gated community with electricity, drainage system, borewell 24/7 etc. Also parks, tar roads & a upcoming clubhouse.
