Reality Expo show on April 4th

Post by praxblr »

Hi,

On Sunday I had been to a realty expo show at Hotel Lalit Ashok..which was sponsored by CREDAI (?) After coming out I was dazed by the sweet talks and the prices quoted by the so called reputed builders. Either there is no recession in Bangalore for these builders or they have enough black money to bide another 50 years!!! Though most of their projects are yet to complete in future...(near or very faar..only they know)

After seeing their rates i was left to wonder if we really did have any recession, although my pay slip seems to say there has been recession as i (we) have not had any hikes from two years :(

I felt the same When I went for SBI Home Exhibition couple of months back. I was shocked and disappointed by the price range quoted by the builders. Are really people buying at these rates? For me, Buying a property in a Bangalore still a distant dream. I can not think of buying at these high prices.

if warren buffet was into Bangalore RE, he would said
' the most well known property or easily available property would be having the best marketing strategy "
all those prop which are displayed in these shows are the unsold inventory and bankers are pressuring the builders to sell them so that dues can be recovered..
the builders have no interest to sell them , therefore the prices are so exorbitant!

Ok...Whether situation will ever change in Bangalore? Will rates really drop in Bangalore? Since Govt. is directly/indirectly wants property prices to go up, I don't think prices will ever come down.

When will Bubble burst?
