For benefit of newbies,
the present rate asked by sellers in this area are 2000/- sqft --1200* 2000 = 24L
considering 2500 sqft of built up area at rs.1000/- sqft ; 25L
Borewell - 1.25 L
So, it would be a good deal if its closed b/w 45 to 52L depending on other factors as location, neighborhood etc..

good post. I was thinking in the similar lines. I own a site in AECS layuot. 60L is too high for that property.
