60X58 Whitefield Site construction - Need advice

Hello Civil Engineers/Contractors,

I have a site measuring 60X58 in whitefield. Basically I am looking to build a rental property. I have few questions for the experts to answer.

1. How many floors I can build on this site?
2. How much space I need to leave to the four sides as per norms?
3. Whether I can build a small apartment or not? Basically looking for maximum space utilization?
4. Whether I can construct a pent house or not?
5. Planning to kick off construction in 6 months. Is it sufficient to do all ground work like A khata, plan design, plan approval etc?
6. Any other new ideas?

Building height will be decided based on the access road width & setbacks we leave on each side.
you can build a apartment/multidwelling units at the same time you should give enough car parking space.
If your building is well within the hieght limit & still you can build a penthouse.
there are lot of options available to design.
once we get to know which zone it is coming in & what is the FAR(floor area ratio)allowed we will get a clear picture.
