Two varies of water proofing material is available

Fosroc : Brushbond RFX + Nitoband BBX is a very high quality water proofing this is used for Sump where water stay continuously. for 15kg +4.8lts it cost about rs 2641 +vat

Other one is Brushbond+Nitobond BB is next verity which is for Bathroom purpose, Depending upon the budget you can choose either one it cost about 6kg +1 lts ==> Rs 611.

i have purchase excess quantity while doing the sump activity so i am using the same for the rest of all my bathrooms.

once this material is applied it turns in to a polytin film kind which do the water proofing.

these r the discounts offered in most of the shops n showrooms in bangalore
jaquar discount is 20% net on mrp......max u can get 22%
hindware 30% net on mrp .....max u can get 33%

u can buy in any showrrom near ur site

i visited few places chabria and sons n other places and got to know the discounts offered by them and later went to a shwoor near my site bought the things from them for the same discount... saved lil money on tranportation

ess is 20% net
there isnt much diff between jaquar and ess
im planin to mix match things mixer and diveters r jaquar and small taps n others things r lower brand
