Need help for buying a site

Hi friends,

I need your valuable suggestions, I am looking to buy a property near BDA 6th stage in veeranjaneya HBS society and dimension is 20X 35, price quoted is 29Lakhs, Is is worth to invest here and i am also planning to construct home immedietly in two months, if this dimension will be sufficient for constructing a good home i.e Duplex...
