GOLDEN PALMS - HENNUR ROAD

Hi,
Has anybody got info about the Golden Palms @Hennur Road?
Are they comparable to Brigade,Mantri,Purvankara?
Quality of construction and commitment?
They have big 3bhk's and their prices are reasonable compared to those top builders..[/color]They have quoted me 48laks for 3bhk (1835sqft)today excluding registration for Golden Palms phase3,completeing in Aug 2011..Is it worth to buy?

Please share your openion...I am considering golden palms...Your valuable feedback is appreciated.

Infact today iam in your situation.Can you share with me , if you went for the project? and if you havent opted for the same , if you could give me somepointers.

Negotiate for atleast 10% discount from the currently offered rate, by keeping the below points in mind.

1) Real estate scenario will not change very drastically in the next 1 year or reach the 2006-07 peak time. Inspite of service charge hiked in the Budget 2010-11, many big builders like DLF, Omaxe, Unitech, Godrej have said, they're not in a position to pass on the increased charges to their customers, as it will affect the market sentiments.

2) Banks rate are going to be hiked soon, so YOU are going to bear higher EMI amount.

3) As usual no project is getting ready in time nowadays irrespective of the reputation of the builders. Atleast it gets delayed by 6 months to years. So If they don't hand over you by Aug 2011as committed, what is the compensation from the builder ?

I dont think that low price is now possible in golden palms..If you are gettin git ..grab it. Which floor are you looing at?

Quality is as good as ones you named, you can see it for yourself there are many blocks that are already ready.

How or why do you say that low price isnt now possible? Did you buy or inquire from them? Or are you connected with them? Any info on this group is quite helpful. Please advise.
