One more year has passed. Like to know the appreciation in real estate prices across bangalore, in the last twelve months.HBR layout was 4500 last january and 6000 now. Please update the market for everyones benefit.

Appreciation of BDA approved sites along kanakapura road has been 25-40%- (Bank officers first stage/BCMC 3-3.2 K to 4.5 -4.7 K, Bank officers II stage 2.5 K to 3.2-3.5 K). The appreciation in JP Nagar (8th and 9th phase) probably was around 15-20%. I guess the appreciation in Anjanapura layout must be less except for 11th block which seems to be developing fast.
