Help needed: Termite problem in my house

I am seeing termite problem in my house. It has foundation treatment done from PCI, but still it cropped up from garden area.
It has already eaten 100 sqft of wooden floor in living room. It seem to be infecting windows now.

All pest controls says, they can treat and give 5-10 year warranty, but none can tell for sure it will not come.

Any suggestions for appropriate treatment?

Chemical barrier should be provided as per IS Requirement. Cable entry should be treated .
