What is electrical labour contract charges for 1200 Sq ft site? . One electrical guy is asking for 10K with all inclusive of road cuttting chrages etc?
What are the things i should ask him to include in 10K?

Its a great deal if its true. Please check if he can complete all the work as per the drawings or requirement. other things that will not be included are the office work such as getting perm meter, installing the meter board, earthing etc.

today my electrician visited my site ,and since it more than 1200 as it is around 1600 ft and more beams are there he told it will be 16000 for completed including getting permanent meter ,installing meter board, earthing etc. Digging is separate....i am not sure what is difference between earthing and digging??????,. He told when beams are more they have lot of work to do. . Is this 16K is normal
