Two weeks back i have registered a 30x40 plot in my name (SLN city, Madapatna , near Tavarekere- Magadi road).
Now i need to obtain khatha for the plot.
What is the procedure for obtaining khatha?
The housing society is quoting 4000 Rs for getting khatha done.
is it worth paying 4000 Rs for getting khatha? (I hope the khatha for this plot must be done @ village panchayath office)
If someone has information/details please share.

good to know that u got site registered. could you share from whom you got it registered and what is the site dimension. As i believe lot of people are waiting to get thier site registered at SLN city layout since several years- even after paying full money.
