Layout plan for Jayanagar Housing society(Gubbalala)

Hi,

I'm in the process of finalizing a plot in Jayanagar HBCS(Gubbalala, near 80ft rd), however the seller doesnt have the approved layout plan. Since the plot has already changed hands several times and its no longer with the society, society may not provide this information.

Is there a way to get this layout plan?

I am almost finalizing a site infront of Chartered Beverly at Jayanagar HBCS. My broker gave me the BDA approved layout plan which probably he got it from site owner or Housing society or the BDA. But i am sure the housing society will not be interested to entertain you for layout plans or any other documents. So approach the BDA. If not you can collect it from me

I tried approaching JHBS ( located near sout-end circle) , an in-sensitive/lazy guy over there said that they can't give layout plan to any one.
he re-directed me to corporation , to whom them have given the layout plan.

Do any one in this forum have layout plan ? ( Jayanagar Housing society ,1st stage , Gublaalu) ?

What is the current rate in JHBS? I have heard people quoting anywhere from 3500/sqft to 4600/sqft.
Also, would want to know if there are any known legal issues or not on this layout?

Yeah - rates are around 3800/sqft.
JHBS would have developed many areas.
I am sure there is no legal issue in Gublaalu (Turuhalli) JHBS 1st stage and 2nd stage.
