BDA approval is under progress. Please let me know any feedback. I am planning to purchase a plot so that I construct a house within next 3-4 years

No replies to this post at all? We are also evaluating the project's phase-II for purchase of a 30x50. They are quoting 3000 / sqft. Any suggestions from people? The Phase 2 is not BDA approved yet... Any feedback on the price in this area and the builders. Any other projects this area?

Rs 3000 per sq ft seems to be fine. The LGCL bamboo forest which is just 1 km from there is too expensive comparitive to relible gadenia. I also checked and found that their previous project - reliable lifestyle has now price over Rs 4000 per sq ft. If they get BDA approval then Rs 3000 per sq ft seems to be a fine.

I saw this project, but it was bit inside. I felt pionier residency is slightly better as they are having BDA approvals in place.
