Buying BMRDA site for investment purpose

Hello all,

I was thinking to buy a BMRDA near Anekal for future use. By future, I mean 10-15yrs. Currently I see a lot of layout in that area and price quoted is around 800/- to 1000/-. Any idea on future growth prospects in this area? I'm a s/w professional and I dont want to have big commitments right away. So, thinking to buy one or two good sites and pool up some money and once I settledown, I'm planning to sell these two BMRDA sites and buy a house in city limits. Any suggestions on how best I can plan financials and my investment goals?

My personal opinion is that you consider BDA sites for investment as they are safer compared to others, especially considering that you will keep the site vacant for a long period. Also appreciation on BDA sites is usually higher.
