Anjanapur 2nd block developments

Hi,
I recently visited Anjanapur 2nd block which is opp. to 7th block. Near 80 ft road, three 30x40 sites are being constructed and almost in completing stage and foundation started in one 30x40 site. One more construction in 20x30 blocks is almost in finishing stage. My site is also in 20x30 block. I am planning to start construction in a month or two.
BWSSB water may be sanctioned if 200 houses comes up including anjanapur 1st, 2nd and 3rd block it seems, a owner in 1st block said.

Let me know how many more are waiting/planning to start construction in coming 3 or 4 months time?

Good to hear about constructions in 2nd block. I'm planning to buy a site in 1st block, which is just adjacent to 2nd block. Any suggestions?

I heard BJP MLA ( cant remember exact name ) visited the people/association in 2nd block and neighboring blocks on Dec 15th.
Appears he has promised water facility to these blocks within 2 months. Will have to wait and see how this turns out. I doubt if 2 months is practical. But, even if this accomplished within 4-5 months, I will be mighty pleased .

I have seen Cement pipes(approx.dia 300mm) has been stored in Anjanapura(adjecent to 80 ft road)if all these pipe laying in and around 2/3rd block is completed then we can relay on MLA`s promise of getting Cauvery water in a few months time,could anyone pl.confirm?

Hi all,
Here is few images of development in 2nd block anjanapur near 80 feet road. The few houses which are constructed their is almost at the finishing stages. If more people come forward then we can expect a good development in near future.

nice pics. Development seen in 2nd block. This block has 4 houses with construction completed/occupied, and another 10 houses which are close to completion. So, around 14 houses in total is pretty good, compared to last year.

I visited Anjanapura 2nd block on saturday, to take a look at the developments going on there. A few more house constructions are now complete, adding to the number of people residing in 2nd block. The double road from Kanakapura road to 2nd block also seemed to have much more vehicular movement than before.
