What is Sqft charge for granite/tiles?

I got quote of 20 Rs for granite and 12 rs for tiles laying ,with nose(edge) laying he told will be 30 rs on running feet. Is this existing rate?

what need to included in laying rates? eg:mason charges for putting muddy, side laying etc

sam per my knowledge, 20 for granite and 12 for wall tiles is a good. Ppl usually charge 24-25 for granite and 14 for wall tiles.
Im not sure abt nosing rates though..

MY granite layer is charging me Rs 25 for granite, Rs 15 for wall tiles, Rs 45 for skirting & Rs 60 for nosing
Opted him because of good workmanship and quality, though cost is on the higher side..
