Anybody Heard of Royal Woodgrange in Anjanapura 7/8th block

Hi all respected and other senior members,

I would like to have your honest and sincere inputs on the below query.

Royal woodgrange ia 5 acre propoerty situated next door to Vajramuni propoerty in Anjanapura 7/8th block, right on 80 feet road. I would like to know whether any of you have heard about this property. I am in initial stages of negotiation with a seller for a 30X40 site in this place. The seller has only B katha. . Getting a loan currently looks challenging. Any of you have dealt with a loan on a b katha / revenue site, do pitch in your experience. Very much appreciated.

I haven't dealt with B Khata sites but I advise everyone to avoid them. I urge you to consider buying BDA sites in Anjanapura instead.

Royal Woodgrange has just one house built in it. It's just a B Khata. What is the rate quoted by seller?

The rate quoted is 1800 rs/Sqft. The single house built is actually an old age home.

The BDA property is no doubt solid gold, but the cost of acquiring is prohibitive, so looking out here and there. LIC is the one who are financing B khata. But they want a collateral.
