Plumbing includes all this?

Hi All,

I would like to know what plumbing in newly constructed house incluse?. Please find the list and let me know:

1. Piping
a. Sump to Tank
b. Tank to all Bath rooms
c. Tank to all Kitchen.
d. Tank to all Wash Basins.
e. Tank to all external points.
2. Fixing sanitary fixtures like shower, spout, wall mixer/divertor and commodes
3. Fixing external/internal taps.
4. Building chambers.
5. Connecting to external pipes for water line and sanitory.
6. Fitting Geaser.

By plumber is charging 15k per bathroom which inclused all bathroom fitting and piping, connecting to external pipe line, building chambers fitting taps etc.. Asking extra for fitting geaser. Does this include in it or not? please let me know.

1. Plumbing charges @ bathroom - includes all terminations to & from bathrooms.
2. Plumbing charges @ Kitchen - includes all terminations to & from kitchen.
3. Chambers - charged at 500/ chamber.
4. Solar terminations from the overhea tanks - extra
5. Rain water lines - extra.
