Question reg electrical contract

Post by keerthi.blr »

My electrician has started charging me for all the groove cutting blades. Can you please tell me if I should be paying for all the groove cutting blades ?

I didn't and mine was a brick construction. My neighbor is doing a concrete block
construction and he told me that his electrician used up a high number of blades.
I guess he had to pay for it.

irrespective of the building being a cement block/ brick construction, groove cutting is mandatory. I have not paid for any of the blades. I only pay for the hack saw blades.

This is prescisely the reason, you all should have written contracts. Anything beyond the written contract will be the contractors responsibility. As the building comes to a stage of completion, all the contractors stand to think smart & act over smart. This is the most challenging phase.
