I'm curious. The plot size is 600 sqft. And the built up area is 2000 sqft with FAR being more than 3.00 How can this be as per BDA rule?

I think the original post has been modified after my doubt. So I presume the building is not as per BDA regulation. Please clarify

One quick question, does nationalised banks really approve loans for such properties? Reason i am asking is i have looked at a different property with similar details, so just curious.
