Hi Folks,
I wonder what is up with so many ads for sale of BDA sites in Visveshwaraiah Layout on Sulekha.com. I see that many have posted in the range of $1600 to $2000 psft. But here in this group, I see people discussing in the range os $1000 to $1200 (almost 50% discounted rates). Which is true? And I do not see any valid classified for sale of BDA sites in this forum. I guess I am a little ill-informed.
Could someone tell us the prevailing rates in SMV layout?
