Came across a project in Mysore Road called bluejay. Does any one have any information about this project?

How far is this from Vijayanagar?
Looks like BDA approved on their website

I visited the Site this weekend and I dont see any improvement from the initial phase. I wonder if they have got the approval Yet. I came across Aprameya Brindavam a little further and noticed that this has been approved by BDA already. Has anyone got any more information about these two Projects please let me know.
What are the documents to verify for BDA approved Site?

Even i visted bluejay layout and they are saying need to get some more approvals...even am awaiting for the updated from Bluejay....please do let me if you get any updates on the same..you can text me on 9980288722.

There has been no progress on this Bluejay pacific Layout. It been a long time since I booked a Site here. I am thinking to start looking for other projects.

Please be careful with Blue Jay Enterprises Pvt Ltd @ #82, THIMMAIAH MAIN ROAD, RAJAJINAGAR, BENGALURU - 560010 BCOZ HAVE HAD A VERY BAD AND SAD EXPERIENCE WITH BLUEJAY , AS HAD lot of BELIEF ON BlueJay SINCE A YEAR BUT TODAY IT'S All GOT TO KNOW Blue Jay is not worth to believe even a '0%' , I have this Bad experience with Dayananda Rajendra who is the Owner of Blue Jay not with any of their Sales Executives / Agents.
So please think twice before you do spend your money or time with Blue Jay because no meaning in repenting after committing to Pain.

Can you please share what happened ?? Please reply..
I am asking, because I have already booked a site there and have also got the legal papers verified. Our lawyer has given a clean chit to the title of the property.
Moreover the builder has got a couple of bank approvals also. It would be very insightful if you could share you experience as I am getting my site registered next week.

Even I am planning to visit the site , Can you please share your inputs. Is this BDA approved. Do we get loan from Nationalized banks ?

Yes Sir,This project is BDA approved. They have bank approvals from Axis,ICICI and Indiabulls.I availed a loan from ICICI bank.
I got the site registered and also got the BDA khatha in my name. Thankfully the whole transaction was hassle free.
