Need feedback-Confident Group's Sarjapur-Attibele Road area

I have come to know about confident group villa plots gated community projects on sarjapur road.

1200/sqft : Sarjapur-Attibele Road (near indus intl. school, SABIC research & technology)

1450/sqft : Sarjapur-Attibele Main Road (Near Indus Intl. School)

1700/sqft : Sarjapur Road (Sompura Gate)

1900/sqft : Sarjapur - Attibele Road (Near infosys campus)

1800/sqft : Sarjapur-Attibele Road (Inside Antila Enclave)

I would like to know:
1) Do these areas have good scope for development over next 5-10 years ? I plan to construct a house after 10 years if conditions are liveable by then.
2) How much can the quoted prices be negotiated ?
3) Any care to be taken in dealing with confident group ?
4) Any known issues in that area ?
5) Any other comparable or good project in that area ?

Confident Group is a rip-off. I have noticed they claim to have sold on pre-launch of their projects, which is far from the reality. It's a artificial hype created
by these developers to shoot up price and then resell at exorbitant rates. Think twice before investing at a fakr prices.

I agree with Chidu. Above that they release only 10-20 sites during prelaunch and claim that sites are SOLD OUT. Better to check other layouts nearby.
