Current Plot rate in BSK 5th stage BDA Layout

Hi All,

Can anyone please telll me the current plot rate in BSK 5th Stage BDA Layout, plot owner is quoting Rs 4600/sft

Please start topics in relevant sub-forums. Moving to 'BSK IV to VI BDA' -Admin Team.

This is the rate i too heard while searching for sites in this area, 4500 is what most people quote and not ready to negotiate.
