when i enquired in shop they said indus is costlier cos they invest in advertisement n according to them all brands r good and even they suggested to go tata coz it better than indus ....i think it all depends on people mindset and money

all workers r very smart people n barbenders also ...barbending job will be easier for them ..dont dont have to waste there energy in bending rods ...they prefer tata barbending wire coz its it is smooth n not so hard compare to other brands

While buying red sal make sure it is well seasoned. Usually the red sal are not seasoned.

You should buy it at the beginning of construction stage or before it.

Season it for a minimum of 3 months.

If this is not done, the sal wood after installation will bend during the winter and rainy season.

Thanks,
Manju

I bought Burmateak from a timber(Patel&co?. Don't remember the name) that is near Jayadeva flyover on the service road that connects Bannerghatta road and Jayanagar road.
