Leaning Apartment at Electronic city

One of the multistored residential building (So called affordable flats of 40 units in 5 floors) under construction at shantipura main road near Electronicity area suddenly started leaning at one side yesterday. Frightened Construction workers ran out of the place. Anytime its going to collapse. For safety reason even the neighbours are asked to vacate the building. have a look at the attached picture.

The so called great builder is absconding. the people who booked their dream affordable homes lost their hard earned money. Even the neighbors have to bear the impact.

So every mason, Mestry or inexperienced builder cannot build a multi storeyed building. Be judicious while purchasing any assets so called affordable/economy...etc. Structural engineering and safety norms plays major role.

This is shocking!!! Has BBMP taken any action?? I wonder who issued the plan sanction, there are nearby apartments, not sure if all people have been vacated.
Do you know where this apartment is located?

We should inform BBMP Engineering Office about it.

this incident was reported in the month of March 2012. Nearly 8 months over
This structure won't be alive now.
