Thanks. You are right. Finally, I saw the said document at my architect's place and confirmed the setoffs.I am planning for an open car parking of 19'W x 18'D on the right side

1. Owner wants GF and one half of FF
2. Remainin half of FF to be rented out

Site is N facing & dimentions is 40*60 (40' is road facing).
