Is Rs.1300 p.sq.ft is a realistic price for plot at Confident Atria (on Sarjapur Road). thanks for any inputs.

I have a site 30x40 on Sarjapur -Attibele road- BMRDA approved layout.. Rs.1100/- per sq ft ..heard Infy will setup a huge campus next to it.. indus school and other international schools etc are in the vicinity...Let me know if interested
