Price range in Vittal Nagar, Marthi Layout

Hi All - Can anyone please guide me on prevalent rates in Vittala Nagar, Maruthi Layout (both close to ISRO layout)? I'm planning to purchase a plot here, however rates quoted seem to be anywhere from 4.5K psqft to 6K psqft. Thanks in Advance.

Hi, Not sure about the price. I have inquired with RE agents and found the same range. I am planning to sell the site I own in Vittal Nagar and have fixed 5.25k psft based on the RE input . I will post an ad soon!
