BBMP Plan Approval for existing Building -Extension Purposes

Hi,

Couple of years before when i constructed my house (Ground Floor) it was coming under GramPanchayat limit in Bangalore and during that time i got plan approval from GramPanchayat Office. Year before the area is considered under BBMP Limt and i am having BBMP 'A' katha. When i approach BBMP office for getting approval for house extension procedures, the officials stating that they may not consider the plan for BBMP approval, since it was constructed under grampanchayat plan approval. To get CONSTRUCTION loan from banks the BBMP Building Plan approval document is mandatory one.
Even i can see there is no much deviation in building set back as well.

I want to go for bank loan and this require BBMP Plan approval. Kindly share your suggestions as the need is very urgent.
