Hi,
You can contact Mr. Prakash @ 872 208 8361, and he's very professional plumbing guy. I know him for many years and he's very good person. You can contact him and ask for the details. You can refer my name as Phani.

@ BengaluruBoy

im still looking for plumber and i have met 1 plumber and he saying that now a days people go for bathroom wise rates so for basic bathroom like commod n normal fittings price is 8k and for concealed tank n wall hung n good sanitary fitting then 12k for each bathroom....i feel it is lil expensive and my specification will be 6 bathroom basic fittings and 2 high end fiting like concealed wall hung commode

Hi Mahesh - Ours is itemwise contract and hence there is no per square calculation in the civil. I have given only civil work to the contractor and I'm getting electrical, plumbing, carpentry getting done on my own. I met one plumber today who quoted me 50K for 5 bathrooms, 2 kitches, sanitary work, connecting to sewage and water lines from the house. Road cutting charges and office work charges are not included in that.
