Color UPVC Window Vendor / Rate ... ?

I am looking for uPVC vendor who uses Color Profiles for frames/windows.
So far I found all are using White or Laminated Veneer which may peel off.

2.
Is there anyone who uses steel mesh for moquitoes ?

Also if some one could tell which one is best value for money.
I found Fenesta is very costly (ranges from 600-900 per sft)
whereas others like Torfenster / Some Royal or something around 350-550.

Hi, sorry to hijack the thread but couldn't help commenting when I saw the subject. Why are mass manufactured windows in apartments turning from aluminum to UPVC. I know UPVC is much cheaper and may be enviro-politically correct as it can be made of recycled material and is bio-degradable as well but it has much lesser life and rigidity compared to aluminum and is not fire-proof. Is it the wide price gap which decides?
