River Sand from TN available now?

Hi All,
We were not able to get TN sand, so went for KR pet sand( Got from kaveri river: behind KRS) yesterday. payed 25K for 500cft. Sand feel and look are very nice like sugar. Almost same as TN, but vary slight in color.

Thanks for your advices, helped me lot in deciding the sand lot.

Not sure of the place where the last load of sand was from, but it is excellent for plastering. No stones at all, and it is pure river sand.
The person I am getting it from is a material supplier for BIOCON. He operates from Chandapura area.

same even in my case, I could see the stones that used to accumulated after filtering was veryless compared to TN sand. Even the person who was doing plastering was also very happy with it. (Normally used to complaint TN sand are big and and not able to do plastering).

i buy sand near saraki stand ..sand comes frm kaveri river bed ...now they r asking 2k more after diesel price hike ...n on 20th lorry strike itseems can anybody confirm ?
