Post by Vikram Sharma »

Hi,

I am planning for constructing my house near Kudlu-Singasandra in Hosur road about 4 kms from silk board junction.

Please let me know if you know of good contractors, better still if you have availed of his service in the past. Would like to give full construction contract.

Hi,

for some reasons i am not able to view the PMs. please send mail to my id mail2viksharma at gmail.com.

@godisgood: with the research i have done i can say, the average construction comes to around 1500, based on your choice of materials it can be plus or minus 100. The quote given to you is way high and not sure what it includes.

Thanks Vikram for the reply. Maybe first floor cost is included in ground floor ;) Good luck with your construction
