Strange that there is no direct owners selling in this site. I was told brokers not only take commission but also mark it up and that is why I wanted the brokers out. Looks like you can not buy with their help

Dear Friend,

In just 24 hours, you cannot get flooded with mail responses to your inquiry. You need to have lot of patience when you want to search and deal with direct sellers.

Moreover this group is having 5000+ members, (mostly buyers are more). But the majority of the original allottees of BDA sites are lower and middle class people who are not tech savvy's with 24 hrs internet facility. You can imagine how much you are reaching from this group to the original site owners.

Suggestion: You can also place similar ad in Local newspapers like Prajavani and Vijaya karnataka classified section. Probably you get better response as their penetration is better than this forum.

you need to be more clear in your request. size of the plot 20x30 or 50x80?. any particulars of facing of the site, the road width, etc.
