Are you gifting one more 30X40 site freely if someone buys this site ? Don't quote price with dream , study the current running price before that.... In Anjanapura BDA layout running price is 2500rs/sqft is max....

You can gently state the running price and leave it at that. But, no need for snide remarks. It is still the seller's prerogative to quote his price.

Yes! accepted seller can quote...however there is a limit or expectation that he can quote...nobody benifit from this niether buyer will opt since he knows the price is between 2500 to 3000 nor seller he wont get any calls or could be that he can check how he is getting response for his site (means not interested to sell)

yes, if you don't agree with the price, please just ignore the ad and don't pursue it. That would be the best thing to do - no one buy it, then the seller realizes his error and will reduce. THe lack of interest in his site is the best answer to the high price. nothing else needs to be done. Words are not going to change anything, again neither buyer nor seller is gaining from these words. So don't buy it, till he reduces the price or find a different offer.

Another thing, you can make a remark about the price and tell what you think is the fair market value, but don't make offensive remarks - that is exactly what I was saying in my previous post.

Right. The market always determines the price. There is no point in mocking someone for asking a particular price.

What is the point in quoting the rates in Anjanapura layout, when one is selling a site in BSK6th Stage? If you feel the price is high, then suggesting the going rate in the same layout and block which the seller is advertising may help the seller in quoting the correct price.

BSK 6th stage itself is called has ANJANAPURA BDA layout.

If seller has rights to quote his own price then I have my own rights to decline/comment in my own way. nobody can stop me in doing so. If you want u speak smoothly in your own way.

You have a right to decline and negotiate the price. But as decorum on the forum, you need to keep your comments respectable. As a member of this forum, you have rights, but you also have responsibilities and mandate to follow forum guidelines and rules.
