Sites in Bangalore North

Can someone give information on sites in Bangalor North- Hebbal, Sahakar Nagar, Kodigehalli, Hennur Road, Thanisandra Road, etc. What are the trustworthy layouts here, do they come under BBMP or Gram Panchayat (is it safe to buy then), and the rates. Thanks in advance.

The only best site and town ship in north is swiss town/hollywood town. But its for ultra rich people and the site prices are really high.

A few weeks back I saw a site in MS Ramiah north city which is just behind Manyata tech park. They quoted Rs.3300 per sqft for a west facing 50*30 site. The layout is pretty decent and I believe it is BDA approved as well. You might want to check this layout.

Any feedback on Asha Township which is near the Hennur Road?

AFIK, asha township is considered as revenue or gramthana sites..
its one of the well developed layouts in that area, therefore it commands a premium.

If you can/want to make the cash deal of at least of 50%, then you can check the Kanakashree layout, Hennur Byrathi. There are some sites from the landlord are for sale. It is a BDA Approved layout and been developed for Kanakashree HBCS. They are quoting around Rs. 1700-1800 psft. This layout is much before the asha township. But yet to be developed. Area wise it is good location. Layout is also pretty decent.
